President's Message from Peter Maher

September Meeting is Cancelled.

We will not be having a meeting this month due to a confluence of many mitigating factors. Among the different factors, and in fact the proverbial Camel Back breaking straw, is the fact that Microsoft is not ready to present a session on XML. We had hoped to feature this but they are not ready for prime time yet. We will schedule this topic at such time as Sir Bill allows us to. (Tongue planted firmly in cheek:^).

JAM 2001

How does Alison Butterill, John Carr, Carson Soule, Dave Prescott, and Carole Miner sound for a Line up? Pretty good huh? All have been confirmed and additionally, our Keynote speaker is John Patrick, IBM Vice President of Internet Technology. We also will have a larger expo this year and we are building in more time for you to brose the expo.

The brochures are almost ready so watch your mailbox! I know I say it every Year (but its true!) The JAM is simply the best dollar for dollar value around. If you haven't already, mark your calendar for Friday December 7th 2001.

For those of you who can't wait for a listing of the Topics we will offer I have placed a very rough copy of the grid on the web page please pardon the appearance of the grid I just wanted to get it on the web for you ASAP.
