President's Message from Peter MaherAs has become our tradition, this month I turn over the president's message to our resident sage and raconteur, Don Rima. Before I let Don loose though I wanted to let you know that next month our speaker will be Paul Lambert. Many of you know Paul from his days on our board and he has been one of our best reviewed speakers the past few years. Paul, as you may know, is now a highly in demand instructor. In fact the reason we are able to have Paul speak next month is the fact that he will be in town for an RPG class. If you are interested in attending Paul's class which runs September 18th through the22nd, call KB Soni at 301-590-7121.This Month's Meeting - In August we have no meeting enjoy your vacation!!

What RPG Programmers need to Know Before starting JAVA Training
JAVA, JAVA, JAVA all we hear is JAVA and yet what do we really know about it? The obvious answer is that we don't know much about it so lets take a class. In this session Paul will tell what you need to know BEFORE you sign up for that class. This is based on Paul's experience both as an instructor of JAVA classes and as a student himself.
